Jogging every morning and the other sports are good for our health. Sometime in the Sunday morning, my friends and I go to Dadaha and follow the gymnastic with the other people. After that, we take a walk and have breakfast together and then go home using public transportation.
The other sports which easy and good for our health are table tennis, running, football, badminton and basket. We can do it at our home or our school. I like badminton so much. I always defeat my friend when played it. But sometime I’m lose.
I wanna try the other sports as karate, parachuting, ski, swimming, diving and surfing. When I was in Pangandaran beach, I tried surfing. Waww… it was nice and amazing.
For keeping our health, we have to sport everyday although it just running for 30 minutes or scot jump.
